foilstack.ai is an early-access waiting list and a public product demo. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and how to have it deleted.

How we use it

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share the messages or photos you send to the demo with anyone, and we do not use them to train AI models.

We use a small number of service providers to run the site — for analytics, hosting, and measuring our advertising — and they receive only what they need for that purpose. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Analytics and advertising

We use PostHog to understand how people move through the site — pages viewed, buttons clicked, whether the demo led to a signup. PostHog receives your IP address and sets cookies in your browser.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures page load performance and traffic volume. It sets no cookies.

We advertise on Google and use Google Ads conversion tracking to tell which ads lead to a signup. Google's tag sets advertising cookies and reports that a signup happened. We do not send Google your email address or anything you typed into the demo, and we do not run retargeting. You can control this through Google My Ad Center, or block it with any ad blocker.

You can opt out with your browser's Global Privacy Control setting, or with any ad blocker — the site works without analytics.

How long we keep it

Waiting list entries are kept until early access ends, or until you ask us to delete yours. Demo conversations, including any card photos in them, are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted. Analytics records are kept according to the retention settings of the providers named above.

Your choices

Email [email protected] and we will delete your waiting list entry and anything associated with it. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have rights to access, correct, port, and delete your personal information; the same address is how you exercise them.

The demo does not ask you to sign in, so a conversation is not connected to your name or email. If you would like one removed before the retention period ends, write to us with roughly when you used the site and we will do our best to locate it.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

Selling a card to us is limited to people 18 and over, and we ask you to confirm that before we take your details. We ask rather than verify — we deliberately do not collect anyone's date of birth, because that would mean storing a child's birthday in order to establish that we do not want their data.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, but no service is completely secure. Please don't enter sensitive personal information into the demo — it is a product demonstration, not a place to store anything that matters.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect, we will update the date above, and email waiting list members if the change is significant.
